Great location just 100m away from Miami Beach and Ocean Drive. Good connection with Miami International Airport - 150 Bus stop only six streets away from the hotel.
They didn't change breakfast menu even once during our one week stay. The hotel need a little updating.

The staff at the Princess Ann Hotel was outstandingly accommodating. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to other hotels in the area. Our room had convenient amenities like a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a work desk. Having a bathtub in the private bathroom was a great addition. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely budget hotel.

Friendly staff. Excellent location, two minutes walk from beach/restaurants/bars. Although the hotel could do with an upgrade and was quite shabby the rooms were clean.
No parking so check prices. We stayed over New Year and it cost us $178 for 7 days (normal rate is $24 per 24 hours). Make sure how much it costs before you stay for an extended period. The first room we had smelled really badly and they changed the room for us, but this one smelled also, but we found that if you turned the air conditioning off the smell went. Although we got clean towels every day, the room was not cleaned, nor were the beds made up. It was a good budget hotel and quite cheap for the area as everything is really expensive. You could just turn up at most hotels and barter for their best price, which is what we would do next time.

Only true dislike is the restriction on visitors. I traveled with several friends who had rooms elsewhere on the strip. We had down time each day throughout the trip where we all just wanted to hang out in the room but Princess Anne only allows one registered visitor per room.

Placed without walking distance from landmarks and city historic distric. Situado a un paseito del Distrito histórico y junto a varias atracciones.
The hotel needs to be upgraded. It seems old and pricewise seems a bit expensive. Necesita mejoras, se ha quedado antiguo y resulta caro para lo que ofrece.
